Life coaching, What is it?
Life coaching is an umbrella term used to describe being a person who encourages a client to reach their goals and overcome obstacles in their way. This is a one on one session based experience, which will have a beneficial impact on your daily life. I specialize in health and wellness for my coaching style.
Personal training
This is more identified as creating a personalized workout plan for you to complete to achieve your goals in fitness and movement. This can be with plans or 1-on-1 training. This involves more knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, and how to improve metabolism, energy, and strength.
